Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Returns

  • You
    have 5 calendar days to return an item
    from the date you received it.
  • To
    be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
    that you received it.
  • Your
    item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your
    item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products are returnable within the
    applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is
    physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different
    from their description on the product detail page will be replaced with the new
    one within 5 days after the receipt of the product.
  • In this case courier charges will be borne by the company. Reasons other than those mentioned above customer will bear the courier charges.

Refunds
If we have sent the shipment and you have not received the product then we will take 10 days to track the shipment and still if you have not received then will initiate the refund.

Once we receive your
item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after
inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the course booking within 24hrs of receiving your order confirmation with giving reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid. Any cancellation after 24hrs of receipt of order confirmation will not be liable for full refund.

For the avoidance of
doubt, the cancellation period will expire after 24hrs after the date of the
Order Confirmation.

We will make the
reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial
transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will
not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
